As a small business, we do not currently offer refunds or exchanges on ANY orders. With this said, if you have any problems we are still happy to help you out, so please feel free to contact us either way.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order # along with the problem you have encountered.
- Due to our small stock sizes, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock and therefore cannot set items aside for you.
- You have 15 days after you have received your order to contact us about any problems.
- Buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us with the correct amount of postage paid if an exchange is accepted.
- Exchanges are processed for the discounted amount paid for each item and we cannot honor a new discount code for exchange requests of different items.
- We do not accept exchanges on undergarments, accessories, sale items or sold out items.
You can contact us at email@example.com for any issues with your order. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
